CONFESSIONS OF A NAUGHTY GIRL
Well my husband and I spent the night at Stamford Plaza in Brisbane. I had a light breakfast and lunch in preparation for dinner (Japanese) but....... we had some turkish bread in the afternoon...a bit naughty, and ordered tempura as an entree. Worst of all I had a cocktail and some of those Allen's Red Frogs.
Well, its back on track now....back to the gym and eating sensibly. Back on the horse so to speak.

Well my husband and I are off to the city to stay at Stamford Plaza for the night. I did my thirty minutes of intense exercise at the gym to earn some bonus points, but hoping not to use them. We got this night as a wedding present from some friends. Best present!!! Well, we are going to go out for Japanese tonight, and also spend the afternoon by the pool. Aaaaaaah the posh life. He he. There's no way we could have afforded this if we hadn't got it for a present. Anyway, will write tomorrow about how 'good' my choices were.
